Grievances Filed Initially At Step 3. The following types of grievances shall be filed initially with the OUS Office of General Counsel (Step 3) in accordance with the procedures specified in Sections 1 and 4 of this Article: (a) Dismissal Grievances; (b) Reclassification upward grievances (Article 53, Section 4(A); (c) Multi-university grievances (grievances involving employees in more than one University—Article 18, Section 4).
