Common use of Group Health Insurance and Pharmacy Program Clause in Contracts

Group Health Insurance and Pharmacy Program. The City will provide group health insurance and a pharmacy program for all Members. Currently, the City provides health insurance and a pharmacy program for all Members in accordance with the Central Ohio Health Care Consortium plan or plans adopted by such Consortium effective January 1, 2016 (“Consortium Plan”). The City retains the right to seek out alternative health insurance and pharmacy program providers throughout the term of this Contract. In the event the City determines that the Consortium Plan is no longer an economical plan for the City and the Members, the City will provide the same level of health insurance and pharmacy program coverage in a manner which is at least equivalent to the Consortium Plan through the term of this Contract.
