Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The parties recognize that the method of funding OHIP has been changed from an individually paid premium to a system funded by an employer paid payroll tax. If the government, at any time in the future, reverts to an individually paid premium for health insurance, the parties agree that the Colleges will resume paying 100% of the billed premium for employees.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of OHIP through the Employer Health Tax for all Employees.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. Medical insurance under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The Employer will pay 100% of the cost of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan for all Employees, as paid through Employer Health Tax premiums.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The Employer agrees to reimburse three hundred and fifty dollars annually to employees who are residents of Quebec and work in Ontario. The three hundred and fifty dollars is in lieu of premiums.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. B15.01 The Employer will comply with appropriate legislation in making remittances of Employer Health Tax in order to provide O.H.I.P. coverage to all eligible employees and their eligible dependents.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. (a) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium for the basic coverage of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan for all eligible nurses on the basis of single or family coverage whichever is applicable.
(b) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium for a semi-private hospitalization plan.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan. It is agreed that the Board will reinstate the policy of paying one hundred (100%) percent of the rates of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan should the O.H.I.P. rates change from being employer based through the Employer Health Tax, to being employee based. The O.H.I.P. benefit will be reinstated in accordance with Article 20.01(c) and Article 20.05 of the 1988-90 C.U.P.E. Clerical Collective Agreement and in accordance with the status of O.H.I.P. at the time of ratification of the First Collective Agreement (February 2, 1993) with the Educational Assistants. Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The Company agrees that it will pay the premiums on behalf of all employees who have completed three (3) months' continuous full-time employment on the following basis: The full "single" premium for those employees without eligible dependents as defined in the plan. The full "family" premium for those employees who have eligible dependents as defined in the plan. The Company will continue to pay the premiums set out above for retired employees, provided the employee had twenty (20) years' service at the time of his retirement. If the premiums are reduced the Union agrees that any savings resulting therefrom will be retained by the Company.
