Group Insurance Program Changes. 1. Dependent Life Insurance. Dependent life insurance options may be elected by bargaining unit employees in the following increments: $2,000 spouse; $1,000 child to age 26 $4,000 spouse; $2,000 child to age 26 $10,000 spouse; $5,000 child to age 26 These additional options will be offered on an employee pay all basis. 2. Effective January 1, 2006, both prescription plans will be available to bargaining unit employees who elect a medical plan which has no prescription coverage, as well as to those who elect no medical coverage.
