Group Life Insurance and. Accidental Death and Dismemberment The College provides life insurance for all regular faculty members. Participation in this plan is a condition of employment. The premiums for the life insurance plan are shared equally by the College and the faculty member. The College agrees to make available optional voluntary life insurance (maximum $100,000) subject to the employee meeting insurance company requirements. All premiums for this optional life insurance will be paid by the employee.
