Group Life Insurance Plan and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. The Employer shall provide a Group Life Insurance Plan for regular full-time and part-time employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan. The Plan under its terms provides basic life insurance in the amount of three-hundred percent (300%) of annual earnings rounded to the next higher one-thousand dollars ($1,000) to a maximum of three-hundred- thousand dollars ($300,000) and standard twenty-four (24) hours Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. The Employer shall pay the premiums for the Group Life Insurance Plan.
