Groupings. Employees will be grouped district-wide first in the following categories: (1) Elementary, Grades K through 5; (2) Secondary, Grades 6 through 12. Employees will then be grouped by education specialties within the above division. Specialties are defined as normally accepted academic major and/or minor fields.
