Guidelines for Shift Preparation a) Although the content, preparation, costing and administration of shift schedules is the sole responsibility of the IESO, the preference of the majority of shift workers in a department for a particular basic type of schedule will be considered. Such preferences must be made known to IESO four months in advance of the starting date of the new schedule.

  • Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C.
