Guild Business. 4.4.1 Guild officers shall be allowed up to a collective total of one hundred twelve (112) hours per year, with pay, for Guild business directly related to the collective bargaining relationship between the Guild and the County. No pay or overtime shall be payable to Guild officers for Guild business which occurs outside of the Guild officer’s scheduled shift.
