Hangar Keepers Liability a. Shall be written on an “occurrence” basis with a limit of not less than Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) per occurrence.
b. The upper single limits of any one (1) aircraft to be determined by the estimated replacement cost of the average number of aircraft parked (serviced) on any given Day.
c. Coverage written on a “claims-made” basis is not acceptable.
Hangar Keepers Liability. If Tenant is authorized to hangar aircraft, hangar keepers liability insurance coverage for property damage to aircraft in the care, custody, or control
Hangar Keepers Liability. If hangars are located on the Premises, Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its sole expense, Hangar Keeper’s Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 for any one aircraft and $2,000,000 for loss in any one occurrence for the Hangar Keeper’s policy.
Hangar Keepers Liability. User shall purchase and continuously maintain insurance coverage generally known as “hangar-keepers liability” in an amount and to the extent required by the Authority, but in no event not less than $40,000,000.00, unless otherwise approved by the Authority in writing.
Hangar Keepers Liability. $100,000 per aircraft but not less than the replacement value of all aircraft in the care, custody and control of Tenant.

If hangars or structures are located on the Premises in which aircraft that are not owned by Tenant are placed for any reason or at any time, Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its sole expense, Hangar Keeper’s Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage as stated in Section 1.1.
Hangar Keepers Liability. This is required if Lessee has any aircraft of others in its care, custody, and/or control (such as storing a friend’s aircraft, managing training aircraft, managing a client’s aircraft, or etc.) in an amount of $1,000,000 for each aircraft for each occurrence.
