Hangar Keepers Liability a. Shall be written on an “occurrence” basis with a limit of not less than Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) per occurrence.
b. The upper single limits of any one (1) aircraft to be determined by the estimated replacement cost of the average number of aircraft parked (serviced) on any given Day.
c. Coverage written on a “claims-made” basis is not acceptable.
Hangar Keepers Liability. Provides coverage for damage to or destruction of the aircraft of others while in the insured’s custody for storage, repair, or safe keeping and while in or on the schedule premises.
