Hardship and Benevolent Fund. The Municipality shall deduct and forward five cents ($0.05) per hour for each hour of compensation of each employee within the bargaining unit to the IBEW Hardship and Benevolent Fund (IHBF). Such funds shall be forwarded in the same manner and form as other contributions herein.
