Hardware and Software Purchases. If and as requested by ACI from time to time and agreed by the Vendor, Vendor will offer to acquire hardware or software for re-sale to ACI at Vendor’s charges plus a reasonable xxxx-up through Vendor’s contracts with third-party suppliers.

Hardware and Software Purchases. This involves the procurement of necessary hardware and software that is approved by the service requestor’s supervisor.
Hardware and Software Purchases. All non-proprietary computer and network hardware and software must be purchased through SIT (unless approved otherwise by SIT) thus ensuring network integrity and uniformity. SIT offers many options and competitive pricing on all hardware and software. As your IT professionals, we can best advise what will compliment and work properly on the entire network in addition to any proper preparation which may be needed.
Hardware and Software Purchases. Any and all hardware, software and other purchases by the Company for Customer shall be agreed upon in writing by the Parties prior to the Company placing an order therefor. In the event of purchases of $2,000 or more in the aggregate, upon the Company’s request, Customer shall pay 50% of the order amount prior to the Company’s placement of the order. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery, but in no event later than five (5) days after placement of the applicable order.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. By accepting this XXXX, You are also accepting the additional terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Software Upgrades All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.
