HARPS Housing Bridge Subsidy. 5.1. HCA will issue quarterly State General Fund payments of ($81,500 to Great Xxxxxx XX ASO, Greater Columbia BH ASO, Catholic Charities, CVAB, Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx BH ASO and North Sound BH ASO) ($125,000 to King County BH ASO, Salish BH ASO, Spokane BH ASO, and Greater Lakes Mental Health) to the contractor to utilize as short-term bridge subsidies for HARPS eligible individuals. These funds will be intended for individuals with serious mental illness but can be used for the SUD population once the funds in section 5.2 are exhausted. Housing subsidies are encouraged to be available to individuals in the region that meet eligibility as defined in Section 3 of this Statement of Work.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Term Life Insurance The Employer will maintain and make available to full-time and part-time employees, the current term life insurance plan as set forth in the document "Summary of Health Benefits, Maryland State Employees."

  • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Pre-financing Pre-financing is intended to provide the beneficiary with a float. Where required by the provisions of Article I.4 on pre-financing, the beneficiary shall furnish a financial guarantee from a bank or an approved financial institution established in one of the Member States of the European Union. The guarantor shall stand as first call guarantor and shall not require the Commission to have recourse against the principal debtor (the beneficiary). The financial guarantee shall remain in force until final payments by the Commission match the proportion of the total grant accounted for by pre-financing. The Commission undertakes to release the guarantee within 30 days following that date.

  • Family Care Employees may use vacation leave for care of family members as required by the Family Care Act, WAC 296-130.

  • Credit Union Examination We may disregard any information on any check or draft other than the signature of the drawer, the amount, and any magnetic encoding. You agree that we do not fail to exercise ordinary care in paying an item solely because our procedures do not provide for sight examination of items.
