Hazards and Training. Contractor shall furnish adequate numbers of trained, qualified, and experienced personnel and appropriate safety and other equipment in first-class condition, suitable for performance of the Work. Such personnel shall be skilled and properly trained to perform the Work and recognize all hazards associated with the Work. Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor shall participate in any safety orientation or other of Company’s familiarization initiatives related to safety and shall strictly comply with any monitoring initiatives as determined by Company. Contractor shall accept all equipment, structures, and property of Company as found and acknowledges it has inspected the property, has determined the hazards incident to working thereon or thereabouts, and has adopted suitable precautions and methods for the protection and safety of its employees and the property.
