HCATS SB NAICS CODES. HCaTS SB is comprised of two separate Government-Wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span eight NAICS Codes. NAICS Codes are grouped into two separate Pools based on two separate small business size standards ($11M and $15M). Each Pool will have multiple IDIQ task order contract under it. All NAICS codes within a given Pool can be used to represent the predominant NAICS Code for any given task order solicited and awarded under an HCaTS SB contract. The table below identifies all HCaTS SB Pool 2 NAICS Code assignments. HCaTS SB contracts in Pool 2 are assigned the predominant NAICS Code in FPDS-NG.

  • Access Codes Tenant shall provide Landlord/Broker with all access codes to all entrance gates and security systems located on the Property.

  • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.

  • DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING 11.1 The parties agree that the maintenance of a drug/alcohol free work place is a goal of both the College and the Union.   • Dress Code CONTRACTOR shall maintain a dress code for their employee’s with a minimum of shirts, pants, and work shoes/boots, in decent condition, at all times while the work is being performed. In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.

  • CLLI Codes Common Language Location Identifier Codes.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
