HCFA. HCFA" means the United States Health Care Financing Administration.

HCFA. As of the Separation Date (or such other date as MRV and Luminent may mutually agree), Luminent shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Luminent Transferred Employees.
HCFA. As of the Distribution Date (or such other date(s) as Catalytica and CESI may mutually agree in writing), CESI shall assume all Liabilities described in Section 2.1 relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, verified by Catalytica or CESI under the HCFA data match reports.

HCFA. As of the Distribution Date (or such other date as MAG and MercFuel may mutually agree), MercFuel shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to MercFuel Transferred Employees.
HCFA. As of January 1, 2002 (or such other date as Millipore and MMI may mutually agree), MMI shall assume all liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to MMI Employees.
HCFA. As of the Distribution Date, Zimmer shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Zimmer or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Active Zimmer Employees and their beneficiaries regardless of the date the claim was incurred.
