Headsets. Agency may purchase additional virtual reality headsets from Axon. In the event Agency decides to purchase additional virtual reality headsets for use with Virtual Reality Media, Agency must purchase those headsets from Axon.

Headsets. A. To defray the cost of maintaining and/or replacing custom made earpieces, the County will provide an annual fifty dollar ($50.00) earpiece allowance to all employees who are required to use headsets in the performance of their duty.

XXXXXX hereby agrees on the terms set forth herein to sell the NC8 Headset models specified in Schedule 2.1 to this Agreement, together with the related documentation and other materials specified in Schedule 2.1 (the "NC8 Headset Documentation"). The parties agree that Schedule 2.1 may be revised from time to time during the term of this Agreement upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
