Common use of Health and Other Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Health and Other Insurance Benefits. Executive (and his dependents) shall be entitled to participate in such retirement plans and such health, hospitalization, dental, life insurance, and other insurance plans as may be adopted by Employer’s Board for similarly-situated executive officers of Employer and their dependents to the extent the provisions, rules, and regulations of such plans make Executive and his dependents eligible for participation therein.
