Health and Other Insurance Benefits. Employee shall have the option to participate in the Bank’s health insurance and other insurance benefit programs during his employment on the same terms and conditions as other Bank employees. Employee acknowledges that the Bank’s health insurance and other insurance benefit plans are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Bank.
