HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE MEMBERS’ RELEASE. TIME The University shall provide release time for the committee member / alternate member as designated pursuant to this agreement, to discharge their responsibilities as defined, provided that the release of the committee member is with the prior concurrence of his / her supervisor and does not conflict with scheduled work or staffing assignments. Committee members shall maintain an accurate log (see Appendix C) of such authorized release time and the timely submission of the log to the committee administrator is required.
