Common use of Health and Safety Complaint Procedure Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Complaint Procedure. If practical, the Employer will provide safe, secure, healthful working conditions for all employees. The Employer agrees to comply with the federal Occupation Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and all other applicable federal, State, or local laws and regulations, and departmental safety rules and regulations. Nothing in this Agreement will imply the Union has assumed legal responsibility for the health and safety of employees. This Section does not affect the rights of individual employees or the Union to file complaints with XXXXX.
