Uniforms / Clothing Maintenance Allowance. All Bargaining Unit Employees shall receive all Uniform(s) and Leather equipment needed to perform their assigned duties. The Employer also agrees to provide a reimbursable cleaning allowance of up to four hundred dollars ($400.00) annually in July. Additionally, non-uniformed employees shall receive a clothing reimbursement of up to six hundred dollars ($600.00) annually in July to be utilized for the purchase of clothing. Regents institutions bargaining unit employees shall receive all Uniform and Leather equipment needed to perform their assigned duties. Each Institution provides cleaning service for Uniforms.

The Employer also agrees to provide a cleaning allowances by paying a minimum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) semi-annually in July and January. Additionally, employees in non-uniformed employees shall be paid a clothing allowance of three hundred dollars ($300.00) semi-annually in July and January to be utilized for purchasing clothing.

  • Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
