Common use of Health and Wellness Promotion Clause in Contracts

Health and Wellness Promotion. The Union recognizes that a healthy workforce and a safe work environment benefits both the employees and the MOA. The Union agrees to cooperate with and promote health or wellness programs made available by the MOA. Participation in such programs shall be on a voluntary basis. There shall be no cost to the Union or the Trust for such programs.

Health and Wellness Promotion. The Union recognizes that the provision of a healthy workforce and a safe work environment benefits both is the employees right and obligation of the MOA. The Union agrees to cooperate with and promote with the MOA in the exercise of this right and fulfillment of this obligation so long as no right guaranteed under this Agreement is violated and with the recognition that participation of its members in any health or wellness promotion programs made available by the MOA. Participation in such programs MOA shall be on a voluntary basis. There shall be no cost to the Union or the Trust for such programs.
