Common use of Health Care Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Health Care Expenditures. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 16A.725, the MCO shall provide to the STATE, no later than February 1st of each Contract Year, all health care service expenditures for the previous State fiscal year. The first report shall include expenditures certified by the MCO paid July 1st through June 30th of the year preceding the Contract Year, combining expenditures under all of the MCO’s Minnesota Health Care Program contracts. The report must be submitted to the STATE in a format specified by the STATE, and include health care expenditures within the following groups and for each of the service categories:
