Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA. The County will administer a Health Care Reimbursement Account that will allow eligible employees the opportunity to allocate a specified amount of biweekly pre-tax salary into the employee’s health care reimbursement account to pay for health care expenses as permitted by state and federal law, regulations and guidelines, and as permitted by the County’s Section 125 Plan document. ARTICLE XXIII- OCEA/COURT LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE‌ Labor Management Committees (LMC’s) generally shall be assembled on an ad hoc or project basis and shall be comprised of equal numbers of OCEA members and Superior Court management employees. A standing workplace issues committee shall meet as needed, and shall be comprised of no more than five (5) OCEA members and five (5) Superior Court management employees. Members of this standing committee shall be scheduled to meet no less than quarterly and if there are no new or pending workplace issues, the scheduled quarterly meeting shall be cancelled. Members shall generally be appointed for continuous periods of service of no longer than two (2) years. The OCEA sponsor shall be notified and invited to participate on the committees, as will the Superior Court sponsor (or designee). The sponsors may attend or participate, as they deem necessary. OCEA members of the committees shall be recruited and selected by XXXX.
