Common use of Health Insurance Continuation Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Continuation. You and your beneficiaries, if applicable, will receive under separate cover notice of your rights under the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act (“COBRA”) upon your separation from the Company.
