Health Insurance Refunds. Any group health insurance refund shall first be used to reduce the cost of future group health insurance premiums and may be retained by the district for this purpose. All such refunds shall be the property of the Board. Any refunds received may be returned to employees as the Board determines reasonable and may take into consideration other factors than those listed above; which may make refund dollars available to all staff. Future refund amounts will be published. (Approved 5/18/11)
