Health Professional Responsibility. The Health Professional is responsible for verifying the accuracy of information as a result of having access to CareConnect or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement before relying or acting upon such information. The information disclosed to the Health Professional pursuant to this Agreement is in no way intended to be a substitute for professional judgment.
