Health Services. A. The District will sponsor two (2) First Aide/CPR Training sessions a year. B. If a Bargaining Unit member is required to be certified to administer emergency first aide and/or CPR, the employee can attend, at no cost to the employee, one (1) of two (2) training sessions sponsored by the District. C. Employees will not be required to perform medical services which state or federal law requires a specific license or certificate to perform, unless the employee currently holds the appropriate license or certificate. D. All employees are required to administer and/or provide health or medical services, in conformance with District established policies and procedures. The District will provide copies of relevant policies and procedures to each employee at the beginning of each school year.
