Podiatrist. The Company will pay eighty percent (80%) of the cost for visits to a qualified Podiatrist for employees and their dependents. The total amount of combined benefits for both this section and sections (v)(“ACUPUNCTURE, CHIPOPRACTIC and MASSAGE THERAPY”), and (vii)(“OSTEOPATH”) shall be limited to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per year.
Podiatrist. A podiatrist is available, on a monthly basis, for appointments in the Village.
Podiatrist. Any employee in titles that are reclassified to a lower grade shall be grandfathered at their current grade and shall receive all salary increases to which they are entitled.
Podiatrist. To be eligible to be appointed to a podiatrist position, a person must—
(A) hold the degree of doctor of podiatric medicine, or its equivalent, from a school of podiatric medicine approved by the Secretary, and
(B) be licensed to practice podiatry in a State.
Podiatrist. Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Must hold a minimum of a bachelor degree in a relevant field eg community welfare, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
Podiatrist. You can claim for service costs of a podiatrist and will be reimbursed at 80% of $10 for the first 10 visits and 80% of the service cost thereafter to a limit of $200 per year. Charges for x-rays taken by the podiatrist or other special fees charged by the podiatrist are not covered. • Effective January 1, 2016 – 80% coverage of total eligible paramedical expenses from the 7th visit (currently it is the 11th visit). • Effective January 1, 2016 – reimbursement formula of 80% coverage for the first $1,200 (currently $1,000) in eligible expenses in a calendar year after the annual deductible is applied. Any eligible expenses beyond the first $1,200 would be covered at 100%. • Effective January 1, 2017 – 80% coverage of total eligible paramedical expenses from the 5th visit. • Effective January 1, 2017 – reimbursement formula of 80% coverage for the first $1,350 in expenses beyond the first $1,350 would be covered at 100%. • Effective January 1, 2018 – 80% coverage of total eligible paramedical expenses from the 1st visit. • Effective January 1, 2018 – reimbursement formula of 80% coverage for the first $1,500 in eligible expenses in a calendar year after the annual deductible is applied. Any eligible expenses beyond the first $1,500 would be covered at 100%.
