HEALTHY FOOD AND BEVERAGE CHOICES. Concessionaire shall plan and implement menus for restaurant operations. Menus shall provide for healthy food and beverage choices. Concessionaire, in consultation with the Department of Public Health (DPH) is required to submit the following records: food production records, itemized monthly sales and complete recipes and/or nutrition analysis of all menu products/items offered on a quarterly basis to the Contract Manager to confirm compliance with all nutrition standards outlined below and in this Agreement. Beverages  Concessionaire shall provide access to fresh, cold drinking water at no cost to customers.  Require all juice offered is 100% fruit juice with no added sweeteners and vegetable juice is no more than 230 mg of sodium per serving.  Require at least 50% of beverage choices contain ≤ 25 calories per 8 ounces (excluding alcoholic beverages).

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;
