Common use of HEAVY EQUIPMENT PREMIUM Clause in Contracts

HEAVY EQUIPMENT PREMIUM. 120.134. Employees in Class 7381 assigned to work on vehicles over one (1) ton shall be paid a Heavy Equipment Premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour. Employees shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours Heavy Equipment Premium when assigned to work heavy equipment four (4) hours or less. Employees shall be paid eight (8) hours Heavy Equipment Premium when assigned to work heavy equipment for more than four (4) hours or shall be paid for all hours actually worked on heavy equipment, whichever is greater.
