HEIGHT PAY. 18.01 Height pay will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1.5) for work performed in areas forty (40) feet or over above a solid floor. For work on Sundays, Statutory Holidays, designated days off, and after eight (8) hours in any one day, the employee shall receive a further premium of fifty percent (50%) of their regular rate.
