SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.

Rowe Price GNMA Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund to T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Income Trust to T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc.; by changing the names of Georgia Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Tax-Free Money Fund, New Jersey Tax-Free Bond Fund, New York Tax-Free Bond Fund, New York Tax-Free Money Fund, and Virginia Tax-Free Bond Fund to T. Rowe Price Georgia Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Tax-Free Money Fund, T. Rowe Price New Jersey Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price New York Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price New York Tax-Free Money Fund, and T. Rowe Price Virginia Tax-Free Bond Fund, respectively, on behalf of T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc.; by removing T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Income Trust as a Mutual Fund – Parent; and by changing the names of California Tax-Free Bond Fund and California Tax-Free Money Fund to T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Bond Fund and T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Money Fund, respectively, and moving them under T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc. as Mutual Fund – Series.

UCC Definitions Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in the UCC are used in this Security Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, with such meanings.

Employee Definitions A Regular Full-Time Employee is an employee who is employed on a full-time basis of 35, 37½, 40 or such other number of weekly hours as is recognized in the Collective Agreement as normal for a particular class of positions, for an indefinite period of time.
DPA Definitions The definition of terms used in this DPA is found in Exhibit “C”. In the event of a conflict, definitions used in this DPA shall prevail over terms used in any other writing, including, but not limited to the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies etc.
