High Level. In terms of teacher supports, the results showed that qualifying assignments, teacher's attractive themes, and teacher's supportive role aided students' WTC. In terms of the teacher's involvement, Xxx (2020) proposed that the English teacher should make attempts to give English education that takes into consideration all possible domains that contribute to students' motivation in engaging in communicative activities. In terms of personality, this study found that students' WTC was related to strong self-esteem, confidence, internal motivation, and external incentive. Trait and personality are related to some extent. This field has been debated by XxxXxxxxx et al. (1998), one of the pioneers of WTC-related discourse. They highlighted that language concerns are not the only domains that influence one's WTC, but that psychological factors such as one's state of mind and personal traits are probably to become a more significant predictor of WTC. Concerning self- confidence, the current study reported that students' self-confidence improved their speaking performances, resulting in a high level of English WTC in the classroom. Xxxxxxx (2002) supports this set of findings by emphasizing that self- confidence is a significant factor of WTC. It is the responsibility of a teacher or lecturer to give entertaining English.
