Higher Limits. If the contractor maintains higher limits than the minimums shown above, the City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the City.
Higher Limits. If the Consultant maintains higher limits than required under this Agreement, then the City shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Consultant. Higher Limits. The Seller has responsibility to determine if higher limits are desired and purchased.

If Developer or a contractor or subcontractor maintains higher limits than the minimums specified in this Section 25, the City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by Developer, contractor or subcontractor. Higher Limits. Certain customers may be eligible for higher limits on certain transactions, solely at our discretion. Note that if you have not requested a Card, only some of these limits may be applicable. In addition, your Wealthfront Cash Account may be subject to different limits. Please refer to your agreement with Wealthfront for more information on those terms.
Higher Limits. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Contractor agrees as a material provision of the Contract Documents that if from time to time the Contractor actually maintains limits or insurance coverage amounts greater than those specified above, then the actual limits and coverage amounts so maintained by the Contractor shall be substituted for the limits and amounts above and shall be deemed to be, and shall constitute, for all contractual and other legal purposes, the limits and amounts required by the Contract Documents. The insurance specified herein shall be the minimum kinds and amounts to be procured. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the Contractor from securing higher limits or broader coverages for the benefit of the Contractor, at the Contractor’s sole expense. The Contractor may make recommendations to the Airport Authority for coverages or limits other than those specified, and the Airport Authority shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or disapprove such recommendations. If approved, the change will be implemented by the Airport Authority as a Change Order.
Higher Limits. If the CMAR maintains higher limits than the minimums stated in this Article 11, Owner requires, and shall be entitled to, coverage for the higher limits maintained by the CMAR. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to Owner.
