Highly Effective. In the event the Appeals Committee decision results in a tie, the parties agree that the CTA President or designee and the Senior Executive Director of Human Resources or designee will meet to investigate, review and, if necessary, conduct a discussion with all parties involved, with the intent to resolve the appeal. This will occur no later than thirty (30) days from the notification of the Appeals Committee decision. Decisions of the CTA President and Senior Executive Director will be final and binding for all parties.
