Hired Cars. All insured at combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage for $500,000 per occurrence.
Hired Cars. 34.2 The Contractor shall maintain a minimum $5,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability insurance covering premises and operation liability. 34.3 All liability insurance policies shall be written in such terms as will fully protect the Contractor notwithstanding his assumption of liability and his indemnity under the Contract. 35.1 If the Contractor is delayed in the completion of the Work by any act or neglect of the Owner, his agent, or any other Contractor or any employee of any one of them or by Change Order, Then the remaining Contract Time shall be extended for such reasonable time as the Owner may decide or the Contractor and Owner may agree. 35.2 If the Contractor is delayed in Completion, the remaining Contract Time shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost when the delay is caused by: 35.2.1 labour disputes, strikes, lockouts (including lockouts decreed or recommended by a recognized Contractors' Association for its members of which the Contractor is a member); or, 35.2.2 fire or similar catastrophic event; or, 35.2.3 unusual delay by common carriers; or, 35.2.4 without limit to any of the foregoing (GC35.2.1 to GC35.2.4 inclusive), any cause of any kind whatsoever beyond the Contractor's control which in the opinion of the Owner is reasonable. 35.3 In addition to GC35.2 and without limit to the foregoing, Contract Time shall be extended because of any cause whatsoever within the Contractor's control, which the Owner shall decide as justifying a delay, and for such reasonable time as the Owner, may decide.

  • Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
