Application of Chapter 143 Processes 13 The ASSOCIATION, recognizing the CITY’s need for flexibility in the hiring of both 14 experienced police officers and Cadets for the Department’s regular Training Academy program, 15 hereby agrees to the deviations from Chapter 143 hiring procedures specifically authorized by 16 this Article.
