Historic Property Report. CONSULTANT will conduct a review of the SHAARD files at DHPA, as well as the Tippecanoe County Interim Report to determine if previously documented historic properties are present within the project corridor. Historic atlases and county histories will be consulted to provide background information regarding the development of the area, settlement patterns, and to provide a context for evaluating any resources recorded during the field investigation. A field investigation will be undertaken to document the general conditions within the project area, and record information regarding the buildings and structures within the corridor. All resources more than 45 years in age will be recorded and photographed. Information regarding property type, building construction, materials, setting, and other details will be recorded. A historic property report will be generated providing details about those properties within the corridor which may be determined to be Historic Properties (those which may be eligible for the National Register). The report will include maps, photographs, property descriptions, as well as eligibility determinations. CONSULTANT will coordinate the report with INDOT, DHPA, and consulting parties.

  • Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.
