Historical and cultural context. The historical and cultural context considered by the Route covers first of all the life of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, starting from a symbolic date, i.e. his birth in Corsica, in Ajaccio, in 1769, and ending in 1870, the date of the defeat of Sedan during the Prussian victory. While putting Xxxxxxxx's action into perspective through the values of the French Revolution, whose violence he would repel (see webinar 04.05.2021), this period certainly marked not only France, which experienced the Revolution and the fall of the Old Regime, but also the whole of Europe. In this context, the historical figure and his contributions would embody the aftermath of the Enlightenment and the ideals of freedom, equality and fraternity. The complexity, richness and contradictions inherent in a figure such as Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx are reflected in his worldwide fame (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) and his influence on the European continent.   • FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 18 A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance 19 with this Agreement. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
