HOLDING OVER BY XXXXXX. In the event that the Lessee shall remain beyond the term herein set forth, it is the intention of the parties and is hereby agreed that a tenancy from Month-to-month shall then arise subject to all the provisions and conditions of this Agreement except that the Airport shall have the right to determine the rent and fees for such a holding over.
HOLDING OVER BY XXXXXX. On and from the Terminating Date of this Lease, the Lessee shall be entitled with the consent of the Lessor to remain in possession of the Premises on the following terms and conditions: the Lessee shall become a monthly tenant of the Lessor at a monthly rental equivalent to one twelfth of the annual Rent payable at the time of expiration of this Lease; the Lessee shall comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Lease insofar as the terms and conditions are applicable, provided that the Lessor may from time to time by notice in writing served on the Lessee direct that any particular condition not apply or be amended in the manner set out in the notice. The Lessor and the Lessee expressly agree that where any provision of this Lease confers any right, duty, power or obligation on a Party upon the expiration of this Lease and the Lessee is authorised to remain in possession of the Premises pursuant to a consent granted under this clause the emergence of the right, duty, power or obligation shall be postponed until such time as the Lessee ceases to be entitled to possession pursuant to this clause. The tenancy created by operation of this clause may be determined by the Lessor serving on the Lessee a notice to quit. The notice shall take effect at the expiration of the period of one month from the date of service of the notice or such further period as may be specified in the notice. The tenancy created by operation of this clause may be determined by the Lessee serving on the Lessor a notice stating that as from a date specified in the notice the tenancy is surrendered.
HOLDING OVER BY XXXXXX. If Lessee shall remain in possession of the Land after the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease Term, then Lessee shall be deemed to be a lessee of the Land on a month-to-month basis, cancelable upon thirty (30) days’ notice from Lessor, subject to all the terms and provisions hereof, except the Rent and Additional Rent for such month to month tenancy will be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Rent and Additional Rent payable prior to expiration.
