Holes and chases and casting in. No holes or chases shall be cut in reinforced concrete works. The Contractor shall ensure that all necessary holes and chases, including fixing for railings and balustrades etc., are carefully formed in the correct position by requisite measures prior to the placing of concrete. All conduits, pipes, tubes and the like shall unless otherwise detailed, be run on top of the bottom reinforcement of the concrete work. It shall be the Contractor‟s responsibility to ensure full co-ordination with Sub-Contractors in the setting out for this purpose. Generally conduits, pipes and special fixtures shall be concreted in where required and in the exact positions demanded. Concrete fixing blocks shall not affect the strength or cover of the structure nor affect finished work due to movement or other cause. Details of the positions of all holes, chases and fixing blocks shall be submitted to the Engineer for his approval prior to putting the work in hand.   • Vendor’s Resellers as Related to This Agreement Vendor’s Named Resellers under this Agreement shall comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement and all addenda or incorporated documents. All actions related to sales by Authorized Vendor’s Resellers under this Agreement are the responsibility of the Awarded Vendor.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • ROLE OF THE TOWN Under this ESA, the Town shall not actually receive, take title to, or be liable for the supply or delivery of All-Requirements Power Supply in any manner whatsoever. The Parties specifically agree that the role of the Town is to i) set the terms and conditions under which All- Requirements Power Supply will be provided by the Competitive Supplier under this ESA and to ensure that the Competitive Supplier complies with those terms and conditions, and ii) act as agent for Eligible Consumers with respect to the matters addressed in this ESA. It is the sole obligation of the Competitive Supplier to arrange for delivery of All-Requirements Power Supply to Participating Consumers. The Parties agree that Town is not a “distribution company”, “electric company”, “generation company” or “transmission company” within the meaning of M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 as a result of this ESA, unless a court, the Department, or other lawful authority shall adjudicate to the contrary; provided, however, that the Town may be considered to be operating a municipal load aggregation plan pursuant to M.G.L. c. 164, § 134. The Competitive Supplier hereby agrees that it will take no action that would make the Town liable to any Participating Consumer due to any act or failure to act on the part of the Competitive Supplier relating to the delivery or supply of All-Requirements Power Supply.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Down Home Telephone access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Down Home Telephone to obtain the technical capability to Version R2Q02 06/3/02 access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Down Home Telephone‘s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
