Holiday Pay Days Observed. (a) The following days, or days observed in lieu thereof, shall be recognized as holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day (last Monday in May), July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and three (3) Personal Days Off (24 hours).
