Holiday Pay for Part-time and Casual Nurses. (a) Part-time and Casual nurses will be compensated for each of the paid holidays as agreed between the parties in Article 16.01. (b) Part-time and Casual nurses who are required to work on any of such holidays will be paid time and one half (1 ½) her/his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on such a holiday. (c) Part-time and Casual nurses shall not receive holiday pay for holidays that occur during unpaid absences (including Workplace Safety and Insurance, Maternity, Adoption or other Parental Leaves) or after a period of thirty (30) days leave for illness.
