Holiday Pay if Not Worked - Regular Full-Time Employees. Except as provided in Article 8, Section 4 of this Agreement, if a recognized holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's regularly scheduled workday and the employee is scheduled off because of the holiday, holiday pay shall be at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay, including applicable shift premium, for the total number of hours the employee is regularly scheduled to work that day (e.g., 8, 9, 10, or 12 hours).
