Holiday Ratio. 6.6.9.1 An employee who works on a holiday shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours’ work, except that a full-time, or regular part-time employee who regularly works less than eight (8) hours on the day on which the holiday is observed, shall be guaranteed not less than the number of hours regularly worked on such day.
