Common use of Holiday Season Bonus Clause in Contracts

Holiday Season Bonus. Bargaining unit employees hired as of December 1 of each calendar year of this contract shall receive a $100.00 holiday season bonus. Due to budgetary limitations no holiday season bonus will be paid in calendar years 2009 and 2010.
