Holiday Worked- Regularly Scheduled Day off in Excess of “Part Time Employee’s Holiday Hours. If a part time employee works more than the “part time employee’s holiday hours,” the part time employee is also entitled to receive compensatory time or straight time pay at the rate of 1.0 times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for all hours worked up to a maximum of eight (8) hours. If a part time employee works more than eight (8) hours on the holiday, the part time employee is entitled to receive overtime pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) or compensatory time for all hours worked beyond eight (8) hours. The part time employee is also entitled to receive flexible pay at the rate of 1.0 times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) multiplied by the amount of the “part time employee’s holiday hours” or flexible compensatory time in recognition of his/her scheduled day off.
