Common use of Holidays and Breaks Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Breaks. The number of days that Employees meet with students in a year are limited and, therefore, every effort should be made to preserve them. This contract assumes full service by Employees except for necessary absences and leaves as covered in this Agreement. Absences taken during the academic year, other than those for which provision has been made under this Agreement, are not permitted.
